The company's quality assurance department is staffed by experienced professionals and advanced equipment, including XYZ automatic measuring systems, manual XYZ, optical measuring camera, computerized optical compass, altimeter and other measuring equipment.
The department is responsible for strict implementation of the Company's quality assurance policy, based on the standards required by the aviation, medical and high-tech industries.
Milling
The milling department works 24 hours, including processing centers 3,4,5 axes. The various processing centers are manufactured by various companies such as:

MAZAK
HERMLE.
Conventional milling and more. These machines enable us to produce the highest quality and requirements and meet the accepted global standards.
Engraving
The engraving department works 24 hours a day. Most of the machines are equipped with automatic rod feeders that enable continuous and efficient work even in tens of thousands of production kits.
We work on a wide variety of raw materials such as: Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Iron, PEEK, PVC, DALRIN, TUNGSTEN and more.
The engraving department includes lathes, rodent lathes, SWEESTYPE lathes and conventional lathes.
Engraving centers from the world's leading manufacturers such as STAR, MIYANO, MORI-SEIKI, and more.
The advanced equipment enables the production of a wide range of milling parts and parts with very small diameter diameters.
